are you cooking for thanksgiving for your fam?
I make the sweet potatoes, and as retro as it sounds, I make a cranberry jello mold (with crushed pineapple and chopped walnuts in it), because I don’t like regular cranberries. I guess some would think it’s a bit tacky, but it’s quite pretty, and sweet and tart, with a little crunch - really good.
…and that’s my oven timer now. Sweet potatoes are done, so I’d better get off the computer and get cracking. I don’t know where you are - perhaps not even in the U.S., but wherever it is, I hope you’re able to enjoy a good meal today with people you care about. ♥
