Just watched part of this 16th century Chinese opera being livestreamed from the Metropolitan Museum website. Not my usual cup of tea these days, but really cool.

Trying to make up for being really late to the 21st century music party.

So far my favorites are bands like Incubus, Coheed and Cambria, The Dead Weather, The White Stripes, and The Black Keys. Bands I've always liked include Yes, Led Zeppelin, Red Hot Chili Peppers, The Black Crowes, Pink Floyd, and Heart, to name just a few. (Yeah, I tend to like bands with colors in their names. I even like Maroon 5.)
